• Owner’s/ partners’ emirates id copy (both sides)
• Manager/Authorized signatory passport copy – with residence (if different to owner)
• Manager/Authorized signatory emirates id copy (both sides) (if different to owner)
• Power of attorney for Manager/Authorized signatory (if any)
• Company’s detailed address including Po Box
• Manager’s mobile no.
• Bank details – Name, Branch, IBAN, Swift/bic
• If partners or manager have another business.
• Revenues certificate for last 12 months
• Expected income for next 30 days
• Is there supplies not apply for tax?
• Customs no. If available
• Are you practicing import & export services? If yes to GCC or not
• Is there any registration with tax authorities in GCC?
• Communication language – English or Arabic
• Preferred email address and password for communication with FTA
